For as long as I can remember, I’ve believed in the power of jewellery.
When getting ready to go out, it was never just about the outfit or the shoes. I was always the one with bags of accessories — earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets. My collection grew with every trend and every stage of life, because to me an outfit never truly felt complete without jewellery.
It has always had this quiet ability to transform a look — and the way you feel wearing it.
The idea for Kallesia came during one of the busiest and most meaningful seasons of my life. At the time, I was working full-time in a corporate role while pregnant with my third child. Between long hours, deadlines, and time spent away from my family, I found myself dreaming about building something of my own — something that could eventually give me more time with my children while they’re still young.
As I began researching the jewellery industry, something became very clear.
Women were being forced to choose between two extremes:
cheap pieces that tarnish, fade or fall apart…
or luxury brands charging hundreds of dollars for simple designs.
There wasn’t enough in the middle.
So I decided to create it.
